It’s never been a terrible place to shop in the past, but lately, it’s unprofessional as far as customer accommodations. I know the economy may be a little bad right now, but leaving for a “bank run” during peak lunch hours doesn’t seem responsible to me. Again, I understand being short-staffed, but it may have been better if a time was included so people on their lunch breaks know when to return.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the gentleman at the register was helpful without being overbearing. The lady however, when I mentioned watching my money she had to voice her opinion, but mind your business when you're not the one paying for it.

Customer service started off good until I wanted to purchase a product that was damage and ask if it could be discounted . I was laughed at by both the cashier and the manager because “it still works” . If this is store policy than okay but no need to laugh at a paying customer when you are selling damaged merchandise

We came in to buy a nail kit and the two employees Zy and Mirah have very good customer service! They where very nice and were bubbly

They ladies in this store are very helpful and I always get what I need when I go in.
