I just left Sally Beauty and was lucky enough to have Stephanie as my service representative. Customer service seems like it's a lost art form but Stephanie has the ability to breathe life in the dying art. Thank you!

I have been multiple times middle of the afternoon doors locked no sign on the door today I walk in the unlocked door at 6:28 and get told Sorry we are closing can't help you were don't have a closer This is completely unacceptable lock the door than or hire more people something!!! When a customer walks in a unlocked door it's too late to say sorry you can't buy anything please leave Do not waste your time going to the short pump location just go to willow lawn or chesterfield!!!!
