Dirty, over priced , rude staff
The lady at the store was very rude. She offered information but seemed annoyed that I was even asking her questions. She looked at me and said, “Nothing will help remove bronze from your hair. You need to put permanent dye on it.” I get being honest but there’s a way to teach people without being rude.
Went in to Sally's today at this location and the girl with the long purple hair was literally RUDE. She kept looking at me with a stink face and i was literally on the verge of telling her something. Not professional at all. Kept looking at me like there was something wrong with me. Maybe because she was trying to tell me how to do my hair, and i nicely stated i was a Cosmetologist. Great selection, clean store- Just don’t think about purchasing products two minutes past closing time or you will encounter the rudest sales lady reminding you that the store closes at 8pm while rolling their eyes and ringing you up while slamming your products to make a point. Never will I shop here again.
Military new to the area and was happy to find a familiar store that carries the products I'm used to buying. The store was well stocked and the young lady at the front was friendly. However the woman that came from the back and appeared to be the store manager was quite rude, condescending and unhelpful. Her form of customer service was to stand awkwardly and watch me and my daughter.
