They are just awful awful at customer service. I placed an online order for store pickup. The product ended up being too dark so I tried to return the unused boxes. The woman refused be cause I didn't have the receipt. Even though I showed her my online order. The worst!!!!!
LET THE NICE LADIES KNOW I APPRECIATE THEM. This location has the best stock of braiding hair, beard care, *press on nails* & nail care of the county. Staff is knowledgeable & fun & was super nice about taking my call & many questions while the store was clearly slammed. Both visits were a great experience & its clear people travel further than they should have to for THIS store and its obvious why. Great job
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE: Long story short They do not take accountability or responsibility when they are wrong and will immediately call the POLICE if you even question them and yes the manager is the one calling the police, even though the cashier admitted to the mistake. Yes the same "manager" that refused to give her superior's contact information. Nancy was super helpful. Very friendly and helped me find all the products I need.
So im a Lil confused on how you can leave the store in the middle of the day, lock the door, and with sign saying "back in 20 minutes". This is a retail store not a shop. This is crazy. Customers are outside waiting. I have never seen then. Hire more staff or close the store for good.
