I came in feeling overwhelmed because I was having trouble with a return that wasn’t even Marwa’s responsibility, and she treated me with so much care. She was gentle, patient, and never once made me feel like I was being a problem. Instead, she took the time to understand what was going on and tried to help however she could. That kind of kindness sticks with you. Huge thanks to Marwa at Sally Beauty for being so understanding and human about the whole situation.

A hairdresser works here named Rose who helped me with mixing the perfect colour ratios to get my hair to ash brown. And she also recommended a hair mask that made my hair VERY nice. Thanks so much Rose!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. Employees don't suggest about products. They don't care if customer walks out unhappy.

I had a great experience at Sally’s thanks to Rehana. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. All credit goes to her for making my visit so smooth and pleasant! Thank you to Rehana, I found all the things I was looking for! Keep striving and find people like her!
