I recently visited your store to return or exchange a product that I purchased but didn’t like. I’d like to share my experience, as it left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed. When I approached the staff member, I first asked if I could receive store credit since I didn’t have the original receipt and there weren’t any other products I wanted at the time. They will follow you around and not let you shop in peace if you’re black. There were white women in the store and didn’t bother to follow them. everything I picked up to look at, the older brown woman there insisted she’d take it to the counter for me, not even allowing me to read the labels. Shop here if you support racism.

They don’t know their own return policy. Had to get customer service to call the store and explain why my return was allowed. What a joke and an absolute waste of time.
