Heather is an asset to this store. I came in to purchase dip powder for my paper-thin nails. Heather is a nail tech so she explained the whole process and gave me invaluable tips and tricks. She made recommendations for tools that would make the process easier and even shared the correct way to prepare my cuticles. I'm new to nails so having her here was a blessing. I even came back the next day to show her my nails and to say thank you. Sally Beauty, give this woman a raise.
Helpful knowledgeable staff
I could not even get my purchase home to use it. I brought 3 items. One of the items top was not on tight and it wasted in my car seat. It's not even a 1/4 of product left. I called them, they will not answer the phone. It's now 30 mins before closing and I do not want to make a trip and they are closed.
