I could not even get my purchase home to use it. I brought 3 items. One of the items top was not on tight and it wasted in my car seat. It's not even a 1/4 of product left. I called them, they will not answer the phone. It's now 30 mins before closing and I do not want to make a trip and they are closed.

I visited the store and politely explained that I needed a darker shade of pink to cover my pastel pink hair. However, when I asked the employee for her opinion, she responded dismissively and implied that I was mistaken by saying it's not possible to make a lighter pink darker.
