Sally Beauty is an absolutely horrible company. They treat their employees absolutely terribly. The regular employees that worked here for the last two years no longer work here and have left at once- because of the horrible work conditions and the horrible way Melissa Soto, the DM, treated us. She was terrible and a bully, she treated me horribly during my pregnancy and told my manager who worked there at the time that I "wasn't up to sally beauty standards" because i was pregnant. It’s a nice little store, we picked up a product and quickly realized it wasn’t going to work out, went back and the associate was able to help us with the return and exchange to another great item. Literally saved the day! Thank you for being kind.
