I came in an hour before close with a last minute hair rescue mission in mind. Meaghan was there to help me out and she was INCREDIBLE! Sat through a call with me and a friend and helped us pick a color and other helpful products. Incredible store, my go-to :]
I frequent this Sally's quite a bit. I love when Meaghan is there because she is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Whether it's hair or nails, she's always so pleasant and helpful. If you go here and have questions ask for Meaghan. She will surely help you find the best products for you.
I went in yesterday and met with meghan, she went above and beyond to help me with getting supplies to dye my hair like. she made sure i got all the supplies i needed and she was so sweet. I can tell she’s naturally very sweet and her customer service was everything!
Came here looking for nail polish (not knowing a single thing about nail stuff). The girl working the counter (Lauren) was cool and very helpful! Made it so much easier for me given my social anxiety. I recommend this place they are lgbt+ friendly!
Your employees either don't know what they're doing or they're just lazy or greedy. I had ordered some items on line, only to find out I didn't need a few of the items. I asked if I could return them at the store. Your employee said no that I'd have to contact the on line customer service.
