Very upset to drive 20 mins to the store today to find they were closed 15 minutes before closing hours posted on their sign .. literally I see the employee walking around the store and the door is locked. If your store closes at 7:45 pm then your hours need to be updated :(

Had an amazing experience. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Yaz were so helpful and kind to me & my mother! They were very pleasant and positive. Both had recommended products for me to use to improve the quality of my hair. They were knowledgeable on the products. I hope to be a regular at this location. Everyone had kind smiles! It was a warm and welcoming experience. Their excellent service deserves a raise and/or a bonus!

As an African American I felt very disrespect as I asked the associate about a product that requires a Cosmetologist license. Her assumption to look at me and assumed I did not have the nessary credentials really offended me. She first lied about having the product (salon care 50 developer) When it was in stock but behind the counter. then I asked her to look up my information then she could see my credentials. SMH Never will I stop there again It will be the Summerville location for me.

YAZ and CIERRA are the best!! I was trying to lighten my hair and was extremely nervous doing it on my own. Both ladies are always such a help when I go in there. I wish they were always there. They are very knowledgeable, polite and funny too.
