I can't remember the ladies name that helped me on 04/03 but she recommended a color for my hair that was great. She new exactly the right color for my roots that would match me perfect. I did my hair last night and it turned out better that the hair salons I go to here. I'll just do my own hair for now on and keep buying that same color. She let me know about a package deal on the hair products. Saved me money. I appreciate her help so much. The lady is from Ohio. Very nice and helpful. I will be returning back.
I love Sally BUT for the love of God, teach your employees some basic things. I am pretty sure I know way more than whoever was working at the store when I came in. I end up purchasing something completely different then I was told it was and now I need to make another trip to return 🤦🏼♀️
