I want to give a huge shoutout to Bre at this Sally Beauty location Venice Florida . While I was in the store today, an extremely rude customer behaved in a completely inappropriate and abusive way—throwing products and making offensive comments about Bre. Despite this, Bre remained calm, professional, and respectful in a situation no employee should ever have to endure. WARNING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF THE TALL BLONDE IS THERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE!!! I have visited this store twice. My first visit was wonderful, the associate went beyond and located what I needed at another store, so sorry I did not get her name. My second visit was a complete horror show. Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable employees! I went in to get hair toner and the staff was excellent in getting me what I need and what telling me what to do. Great store and I can't thank those ladies enough! ♥️♥️♥️
The store attendant was great! She asked me if there was anything specific I was looking for and took me to the items. I got what I needed and it was a great experience.
