Evelyn was so friendly and helpful! This isn’t our normal Sally’s, but it might be now!
I went to Sally's to pick up a few items....I saw a rack I thought was a clearance rack and the sales person screamed at me and told me not to touch it that it was organized and it was the stock she had to put out. Then said if I wanted to put it away....what!! I went straight to the line to check out with my items and someone else ask a question and she screamed at her and said you'll have to wait..... loudly and with alot of attitude....and just kept going. I want to give a huge shoutout to Bre at this Sally Beauty location Venice Florida . While I was in the store today, an extremely rude customer behaved in a completely inappropriate and abusive way—throwing products and making offensive comments about Bre. Despite this, Bre remained calm, professional, and respectful in a situation no employee should ever have to endure.
