I have been a customer of yours for over a decade. I always purchase the Ion permanent hair color. (7N & 8AA). I could not find the 8AA at this store, which is the closest store to where we life. The associate/employee, a tall female with long blonde hair, asked if my wife and I needed help. We could not find the 8AA so I asked if they had it. She stated that Ion does not make a 8AA. My Experience was excellent!! The young lady who worked there Josie was super helpful & sweet. I have not received such amazing customer service in a long time!! She was sweet, helpful, charming, ans extremely imformative!! Excellent Experience I will be back!!
