Went yesterday purchased over almost 70 dollars worth of product , worked upsold me and told me for sure it’s gonna work. None of the shit she recommended worked I’m so pissed . Especially cus it was a waste of money !!! Don’t go here RUN
Very disappointed in attendants attitude , I have shopped both Edinburg stores for years and ladies always very friendly , I went to return a hairbrush, that I bought at other location . Well attitude was very rude not friendly at all at the end she says to me ..." They take the sell I take the loss" as if that was my problem.
They must be having financial problems. They could not give me my $10 reward. it will cost them more to lose customers than give out rewards that we earned. Why have a loyalty program if you can't manage it correctly.
