Please provide additional training on processing returns without a paper receipt. I recently spent 20 minutes waiting while a cashier called for assistance to complete a simple return with an emailed receipt. This is the second time I've experienced this issue at this location with the same cashier. Additional training would help make the process more efficient for your customers.
I go to Sally often for my needs, but this particular day I went in with a picture. And the girl that helped me gave me to a T the exact products that I needed!!! I am so excited that my hair looks exactly the way I wanted it to!!
