Worst store location! I ordered from Sallys thru the app, they were the store that delivered my items. I called the store because I was short a hair paint. The lady knew she was short that color and instead of crediting me or letting me know, she went ahead and sent the order out anyways. When I called she was not friendly or helpful. Do not go to this store location! They're rip you off.

Worst customer service I have ever received at the Vance Jackson Sally. Walked in Abby was with a customer as the lady was asking her questions on what she was needing Abby was so unhelpful ignored her several times then walked away after lady thanked her. Then I approached Abby if she could check on the system what was the product I had purchased, no smile not helpful and had no ambition to want to help. Get her out from this Sally’s bad service to customers. Not again will I receive that type of service at Sally’s.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE THEY ARE ALWAYS SO KIND TO ME WHEN I GO IN THERE NOT ONLY DID SHE HELP ME WITH MY RETURN BUT I ALSO GOT A BUNCH MORE STUFF THE WOMAN THAT HELPED ME WAS SO SO HELPFUL UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T GET HER NAME BUT THE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN WITH THE PINK IS AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU!!!
