Treated so rudely at Sally's in Covington Ga this morning. I was outside at 10:00 am waiting for the door to open. At 10:01, a lady turned on the lights and came to unlock the door. She turned the lock and turned away. I opened the door and said "good morning." She mumbled something while still turned away from me. Never asked what she could help me find. The store hours posted says 7pm but the store was closed early
Bria was AMAZING! I went in with no idea what I even wanted and she guided me through what I would need and we picked a color and she hooked me ALL. THE. WAY. UP. I spent 1/3 what I would at a salon and I'm confident in my ability to do it myself with her advice. Thanks girl! I'll add an after picture soon!
The woman who helped me is named Miranda and she was nice and helpful and when I came to the register I grabbed a semi permanent and she helped correct me to find the permanent color cuz that’s what I wanted. The stock was kinda low so that’s why 4 stars otherwise 5 star. She was very sweet.
The ladies were EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about the hair dyes, what works best, and how to make it last. They offered several products for what we were trying to do and it still cost me less than $25. We will definitely return for all our hair needs.
