Today i drove by the store and saw an employee with pink/red hair just sitting on the counter, on her phone and sitting on the main registers counter. not behind it or anything but sitting with her legs facing where customers would stand. i didnt end up going in because i had a feeling the service would be subpar at best with an employee just disrespecting the space like that.
The girl working at around 11:15am this morning needs to learn to answer questions that are asked to her not give her own personal advice. I asked “what toner is safe to use on bleached hair?” Her response in a weird baby voice was “I’m soooo sorry to tell you this but your hair is not light enough to tone!” First off I didn’t ask you that.
