Manager is super rude and makes the store seem ghetto the employees are super nice,I came in the store not even a “hi welcome in” from her she says “what do you need” seriously?… I came in for a return for an item I bought within the return window period, and I brought my receipt on my phone she said it’s not valid and she shook my bottle and laughed at my face saying she can’t return it, I’ve only used it once…she started to try to embarrass me in-front of other customers and I had to go another Sally’s and they were super ... read more

I recently had my hair dyed bleach blonde for the first time. To better understand the maintenance required, I sought assistance, and Ros was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. She provided excellent recommendations for products to keep my hair healthy. I encountered a minor issue with my card, so I had to return to purchase the recommended products. Raced over to get a gift card for my daughters best friend and somebody decided to close the store 10 min before closing
