Good selection of gel polishes and hair care, usually stocked really well. However, there’s an employee there that is unpleasant to be around. I didn’t catch her name as I felt too intimidated to even ask. She’s tall, has dark curly black and red hair, has a lot of keychains on her lanyard and wears a face mask. The Manager Elli charged me for an extra hair dye. I didn't realize this until I got home and reviewed the receipt. When I went back to dispute the charge the cashier on shift (large build, green eyes) didn't want to return my money and said I'd need to come another day when the person who rang me up would be on shift. Instead of simply reviewing inventory to see how many they had on hand vs. sold, she said she couldn't verify whether I bought it or not.

The store was clean and had a wide variety of options. I've visited this location twice and the customer service was excellent both times. Allie (hope the spelling is correct) was was kind and helpful!!

I have been here multiple times and they are always nice. They are always willing to help. I had a few questions and they gave me suggestions and even when they did not know they tried to help me figure it out.
