As a regular and loyal customer I came in to my local Sally’s to shop for my mom and I. Excited to spoil my mom and I wanted to take advantage of a Mother’s Day 20%off promotion on purchase. A girl with pink hair helped me out and wished I would have gotten her name. I stopped by this Sally's after a couple years of avoiding coming to this location because of the bad experiences my friends and I have had with the poor customer service from the managers and a few other employees.
