As a regular and loyal customer I came in to my local Sally’s to shop for my mom and I. Excited to spoil my mom and I wanted to take advantage of a Mother’s Day 20%off promotion on purchase. I stopped by this Sally's after a couple years of avoiding coming to this location because of the bad experiences my friends and I have had with the poor customer service from the managers and a few other employees. Jackie C, is EXCELLENT! Every time I come into Sally's Jackie assists us with a smile and great attitude. She's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (which is a plus). She takes her time introducing products and because of her, I end up purchasing products that I didn't even knew were available for my type of hair.
