I walked in not knowing a lot about the process of dying your hair. I was basically clueless, but when I went in Rachel gave me a very warm welcome in and asked if I was looking for anything. She helped me understand the processes of how to dye my hair, got me all the product I needed to make sure my hair stayed healthy along with the brand of dye I wanted. Rachel really helped me, and I would be very surprised if she wasn’t already in a managerial position.
I love going here, the girl with the wavy hair, Idk her name, but she's ALWAYS SOOO HELPFUL! I leave happy everytime. My hair and I both thank her!!!
