This location did not provide a refund back to my original card after using the hair consultation program with same day delivery. The cashier said store credit is the only option since I placed the order online. I asked twice why and she said store credit on a gift card was my only option. That didn't seem right but I wasn't going to argue. I visited the Sally Beauty location in Granger, Indiana on July 19, 2026 with my nephew. As I walked in I see a plus size white female store associate with colored hair walking up. I say hello, and she doesn’t say anything and then I notice another store associate who is a skinny white male with facial piercings, he didn’t greet me as well. The girl with purple/blue hair recommended products that don’t even work for my hair, I have THICK Italian hair, she saw how thick it was & the products she recommended burned my scalp horribly.
Staff was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. Store was clean. Prices a bit on the high side.
