i came in for the first time a few days ago looking to take the black box dye out of my hair and lighten it. the staff, particularly gina and a woman with blue hair (i didn’t grab her name) were so kind and helpful. it was a three day process but they took me through each of the steps, guided me through it thoroughly, and helped me get to exactly what i wanted. bleaching at home is already scary when you’ve never done it by yourself, and having these two lovely ladies’ help, i’m so appreciative. nothing but good things to sa... read more

The staff here are nice, but they make me really uncomfortable. Every time I go in, they don’t let me just shop on my own and they follow me over to wherever I’m going and try to convince me to buy more stuff. Today when I was in, the person who helped me asked me 5 or 6 times about buying other things when I just went in for a couple things. I didn’t get the name of the sales rep, but I know she had beautiful makeup and told me she was wearing a wig. She helped me pick the perfect hair colour to match my extensions. I was very pleased with her help and recommendations.

Went in yesterday looking for new shampoo and conditioner. I was greeted in the friendliest way immediately. I didn’t even need to ask for help, the associate who helped me out was wonderful, they had blue curly hair. I caught their name but it’s slipped my mind. They listened about my hair concerns, even felt my hair (with permission) and made a recommendation. I purchased their recommendation and so far I am SO PLEASED. genuinely the best experience I’ve had at a sallys by far. Great work by these associates <3
