I was definitely exposed to microaggressions while in Sally's I was coming in there looking for a wig cap bc google said they had some and all the beauty supplies were closed. The woman looked dead at me after I asked her for wig caps and she said "no we don't have wigs caps or glue or the hair that you need here" WHEN DID I ASK FOR THE HAIR OR THE GLUE. it clearly says in the picture Sally beauty. Next time I'll just go to walmart

The sales people are always helpful and can provide advice and suggestions readily. However, my only complaint (and this has been corroborated by other shoppers that I have frequently encountered outside the locked doors!) is that they close ENTIRELY too early!! Off work @ 5, home to serve supper and check kids, rush to Sallys before 7:00p.m. close to get hair color cause the big day is tomorrow, and traffic is a nightmare sooooo....I get to Sally's and see they are already closed!! Good store - much better than it was a few years ago. Staff are a bit salesy these days so I generally purchase online now. I appreciate the help but don’t enjoy feeling like I’m walking onto a car dealership lot.
