I really don't enjoy having to leave a negative review, but the team members I've encountered here are quite rude. I've been in a handful of times now and have asked for recommendations/opinions on different products during a couple visits and always get treated like I'm daft, yet never receive any actual advice. The staff here is what makes this place special! I tend to purchase very specific products so I always phone before coming to see if they are in stock. The staff is always friendly and if something isn't in, they let me know when they think it will be. If I come into the store, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I need any help. my cousin & i went there to buy hair colour couple days ago, that young black worker gave us a big smug on her face the moment we went inside the store, i greeted her nicely asking for a recommendation for our hair colour & she just shrugged it off & point all the items & rolls her eye maybe she's tired from working, i get it but u guys got a horrible workers there.
