Came in today for my regular hair dye. Always have been treated super well but the lady on staff was super great and let me know my account had some minor issues which is why I wasn’t getting the discounts I should’ve been. She gave me the customer support number and told me what to ask for to fix it and was incredibly great about it.
Anytime I have gone to Sally Beauty they have been really helpful. When I was in a bind and needed to dye my hair myself, they gave me some tips to help me out. Love this store.
They don’t want to return items- they will say a complete opposite last four digit number to your actual card to return then say it has to be returned on those last four numbers when all you had to do is insert the card into the machine. Awful company that tries to scam as many people as possible in order to not return items with a receipt.
I stopped in on sunday 1st time at this location!!im a stylist and always shop at cosmo but I have a client from the states who uses color that I can only buy at sallys!!I got the color and grabbed some wax and a wax pot!!when i got to my shop on Monday I checked my receipt and I was charged for 2 colors!!I contacted the store and told her she said to bring in my receipt !im out of town and didn't know when I would get back there!!she said she would see what she could do !!!she said she would call me right back!it's now Wedn... read more
