I am a frequent customer at this location (Taunton and Baldwin in Whitby) and I have had the pleasure of getting help from Jadie on several occasions. She always goes above and beyond to help me select which product I need, no matter which endeavor I am currently pursuing. She has given me expert advice about lash extensions, semi permanent hair, color, bleaching my hair, and a very nourishing leave in conditioner. The manager and the support staff are completely and hazardously clueless. They have no concept of the hair products and should NOT be providing recommendations, as well as the stores policies and procedures. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Purchased five products at the Ajax location. Used one and decided I did not like that brand. Next day I went to the Whitby store, to return it and was told by the tall gentleman, I have to return it to the Ajax store. I asked why, he said they’re all independently owned, so I have to return it to the Ajax store. I went to the Ajax store and was told they don’t understand why he would say that.
