Hi! It's Dec 22nd. On the store window it clearly states that the store is open until 7 pm (with holiday hours) on the 22nd. So I'm not sure why it is already closed at 6:30 pm? If you want to close early, please tell your customers, who can then plan accordingly.
The manager lisa recommended wrong developer for my hair dye. I had asked her to read what the box said and she claimed it said 30vol but when I got my glasses and read it, it said to do whatever is appropriate for your hair. I was trying to dye my hair purple this is the color it developed to. If she had just told me that It didn't say it then i could've looked it up on my phone instead of ruining my hair. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they often run out of my hair color and sometimes the employees don't know what I'm looking for. Like she didn't know the difference between Bobby pins and hair bun pins.
