Terrible. Came here with my pregnant wife to exchange some hair color. My wife used to work here and had a question on the exchange/return policy because the cashier stated that the policies have changed since. My wife heard who appeared to be the manager, scoffing under her breath at a distance. That was the first sign of unprofessionalism. The manager then walked around the corner and stated that the policy had changed and my wife was confused so she continued to discuss the policy to get better clarification but I suppose... read more
