This place never opens on time
This was by far the most unsettling experience I’ve ever had at a Sally Beauty store. Upon entering, I was not greeted, and the young woman near the front was dressed in plain clothes, making it unclear whether she worked there. When I asked about a beige hair dye, she responded dismissively, saying, “I don’t know what that is.” I politely replied that I would try to find it myself. Ms. Lakisha was so helpful! She helped me find things all around the store, gave me hair coloring advice, and even helped me with signing up for the cc! I am so glad she was in the store today! Thank you so much for all of your help!
