This place never opens on time
This was by far the most unsettling experience I’ve ever had at a Sally Beauty store. Upon entering, I was not greeted, and the young woman near the front was dressed in plain clothes, making it unclear whether she worked there. When I asked about a beige hair dye, she responded dismissively, saying, “I don’t know what that is.” I politely replied that I would try to find it myself.
