Very disappointed with my experience. I went to Sally Beauty and asked the employee working at the front for help choosing a hair color. She personally chose these products for me, so I trusted her recommendation. I followed the instructions and used the products, but the color barely changed my hair at all. It was a waste of my time and money, especially because I specifically asked for help choosing the right color. Got there at 5:45 and they had a sign on the door saying “be back in 30” so I waited 30 mins. Someone walked in at 6:30 and went into back room with someone else and they just sat back there until closing.

The employees can really make or break a business in this case this employee made it such a great experience. Keisha (I hope I spelled right ) was super helpful and most important knowledgeable about the products , suggested products and post care for Maintenece and was able to explain the difference between similar products . This is my new favorite Sally’s. Customer service superb.
