Staff are really friendly and always trying to help out. I understand it’s their job to try sell you something, but they always trail behind you and will rarely leave you be. That’s fine, I’m prepared for that going in. However, the backhanded compliments you get from some staff just to try sell you a product is just bad service.
This location has good selection of product's however the service could be better. The entire time I was shopping around an employee named Zoe kept making backhanded/outright insults about my hair or appearance. Although she was semi helpful on which products to get in order to help me find what I needed, her work ethics and customer service skills are bad and need lots of improvement.
Had exactly what I was looking for, that’s why they get they extra star, but employee and service were awful :( Made rude and backhanded comments about my hair/colour. Would not return to this location.
I’ve spent almost $200 at this location in the last two weeks. I came in today to find some hair colour and I can’t help but notice every time I come in even after telling staff that I don’t need help the one lady stands right behind me and watches me as if I’m going to steal something. If I’m in an isle she stands behind me or at the end and watches me.
