My experience going here is not great. I've been here multiple times seeing I work in the area. I have double-checked how many points at this location, they said I did not have any have never used them here... And at my new local Sally's they told me I had over $100 of points adding up over the past years.... Knowingly went in here and asked about my points and they still had said I do not.... So beware.... And also they've told me that one of their ion colors was discontinued only so I'd buy another one in store ..... Also ... read more

every time i come to this store it is literally the third degree from the workers. i pretty regularly buy semi permanent dye and its legit always a 5 minute convo abt do u need a gloss? no well u need one because this this this, are you putting this colour on that base, is your hair lightened, etc etc in very condescending tones 😭 not necessary at all especially when i already have coloured hair and i am confidently purchasing an item

Staff are really friendly and always trying to help out. I understand it’s their job to try sell you something, but they always trail behind you and will rarely leave you be. That’s fine, I’m prepared for that going in. However, the backhanded compliments you get from some staff just to try sell you a product is just bad service.

This location has good selection of product's however the service could be better. The entire time I was shopping around an employee named Zoe kept making backhanded/outright insults about my hair or appearance. Although she was semi helpful on which products to get in order to help me find what I needed, her work ethics and customer service skills are bad and need lots of improvement.
