I’ve spent almost $200 at this location in the last two weeks. I came in today to find some hair colour and I can’t help but notice every time I come in even after telling staff that I don’t need help the one lady stands right behind me and watches me as if I’m going to steal something. If I’m in an isle she stands behind me or at the end and watches me. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sally’s Oakville!! Usually, I hate walking into Sally’s, if I’m going to be honest. The employees usually are not helpful and have no idea what they are talking about or what I need. This visit was different! Zoe took AMAZING care of me and all my hair needs! On Thursday August 7th, 2025 at around 1:15pm I went in with the intent to just browse, but Thomas and Kamilla(hope I spelt that correctly) amazing customer service encouraged me to buy. Happy with my experience. Will be a repeat customer.
I refuse to visit any other Sally Beauty locations because of how great the customer service is here!! Last month, I was helped by another lovely associate whose name I can’t recall - but today, I went in for specific products and left with a new best friend, Zoe! She was so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the appropriate products in addition to providing recommendations. Love this place!
