Amazing experience from Rashi. I messed the color up and she gave me amazing recommendations and it worked perfectly for my hair. Went from an orange to an amazing balayage AT HOME. This location has incredible staff that know exactly what works for ur hair. 200 percent recommend
Rashi was amazing! She was so helpful, attentive, and patient the whole time. She went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on. The service was amazing, and all of the employees were so friendly. Thank you for such a great experience!
Richi one of the cashiers is very imposing, and I told her several times that I didn't want to give out my personal information, but she insisted that without that data she couldn't help me. Since when are we obligated to give out our personal information? Companies are wrong to pressure employees to get customers' emails and phone numbers at all costs. Shame on Sally Supply, and shame on Richi!
I am so tired of the constant harassment in this store, just let me shop !! And I'd you have a sales target to meet , at least know what your client needs are first instead of assumptions. Just because I bought a packet of bleach does not mean I need boosters, I don't care what you do to Your hair !! Infact the last thing I needed was boosters.
