I went into the store today to buy a couple of items. When I walked in a pregnant worker was talking to a customer as she walked out. I entered the store and she said not one word. So I assumed that maybe she didn’t work there until I saw her starting to put away stock. I walked into the aisle and she STILL didn’t open her mouth to greet me nor ask if I needed any help. I’m so thankful for David helping me formulate my color. He is so knowledgeable and has amazing customer service skills. I drive out of my way and come to this location because of him and the staff at this store. Great choice in hiring him!! David is the bomb dot com!

came in today for some color and shampoo/conditioner and a couple other products. david was working and was super kind and helpful! i was in and out quickly and with everything i needed. usually i have to go to a couple different locations to get everything i need, but this location was really well stocked

Older brunette lady gave me the most unsolicited, condescending, and rudely delivered “advice” after I asked a “this or that” style of question about a product. I tried to politely brush her off from all the questions she began asking me about my hair and she just wouldn’t let it go as if she personally was going to be held accountable for my results. Online says open till nine and then a paper says eight on their window. Doesn’t seem like it’s run very well.
