Well, what I didn’t appreciate was the lady from behind the counter. I don’t remember her name, white lady low ponytail with glasses, as soon as we walked in, she didn’t really say hello. I don't understand why they have a 3.5 review. I lived next door to the store for 8 years and every time I go in there they are SO HELPFUL. They've never steered me wrong as far as hair colors and hair products. When I don't have my card with me, they look it up for me and the staff is always very nice, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. The owner is very friendly. I love going here. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT 🥰💋
Google says open until 9pm drive 35 mins away and they close at 8pm a waste of gas and time if you can’t correct your time on google for customers I won’t spend my money here!!!! I’m not happy at all!!
