I came in for a return. Jazzy was very understanding and helpful during the process. She even gave me some super helpful advice on how to better care for my damaged hair :) thank you for the amazing service!

I came in with questions about hair dye, and the staff gave me great product recommendations. My hair turned out great thanks to them! So welcoming!
I find that the staff follow and monitor customers. I walked in and was asked if I need any help. I said no as I only needed a few things. Then I took a look around the hair shampoo aisle. Then the one staff came and walked to where I was and seemed to be monitoring me. Very odd behaviour. Perhaps racial profiling.
The staff here rocks! Went this morning and was helped by the most upbeat and pleasant lady, didn’t quite catch her name but thank you! 10/10 customer service every time I stop by, and the product selection is excellent!
