Wanted to post this a while back totally forgot!! But wanting to give a big shout out to these ladies! They are always so helpful. I even made the mistake to get the wrong colour when I went to check out and pay , she checked with me if i was trying a new colour or did i want to have the same colour, definitely wanted the same colour! Saved me a trip as i was from out of town. I really enjoy coming in to this store!! 🌼

Usually have a great experience at this location. I went in pretty nervous about asking for help and while explaining what I wanted to the one girl the other staff member who I assume was training her had a snarky glaring look and I felt like a was being judge. I quickly picked stuff out and left.

Never ordering from Sally beauty again, customer service did not help me one bit. They couldn’t ship my things to me so they canceled the order and won’t even give me my money back.

I came in for a return. Jazzy was very understanding and helpful during the process. She even gave me some super helpful advice on how to better care for my damaged hair :) thank you for the amazing service!
