I have been coming to this store for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I asked the new lady (the badge says manager) for help with removing the dark hair colour and wanting to go lighter but the colour she recommended turned almost black on my hair. I was never informed that applying a darker colour after a remover could result in such a dark outcome. I always feel uncomfortable in this store because the staff watch you like a hawk. Maybe they get a lot of theft, but it's super uncomfortable trying to shop with them waching you so closely. I decided to place an online pickup order for this reason. I had to wait about ten minutes when I got to the store while two staff members returned with coffees (not sure why it took two people, but fine). When I opened my order at home, they had given me both the wrong shade of color as well as a hair product that had clearly been used... read more
