I went to the store today around 7pm and there was this girl - didn’t get her name - who helped me with picking out the right colour/dye for my hair. I asked her how to cover up the brassiness/orangey colour and she knew exactly what would do the trick. She was amazing. I went home and the results were exactly what I wanted.

walked in not really knowing what I was looking for and the staff was so helpful!! explained everything I would need and why, plus gave me some extra tips on how to keep the hair and scalp healthy during the bleaching process. amazing customer service

The workers here are always the nicest and most knowledgeable. The girl working helped me out so much and answered all my questions and helped me find a good deal! I’m always so comfortable in this store asking for help and have been coming here for over ten years!! My hair turned out so great thanks to the advice i received!!
