Don’t ask for help! This is the second time I have been to a sally beauty and asked for help and they do not help me. Today I was checking out and the cashier asked me if I had developer at home for the hair dye I was purchasing, I said “oh.. no, could you help me with that.” She then goes and just grabs a random developer, did not ask me any questions, not what my plan was, how strong of developer I needed, etc. The instructions are on the inside of the box so I was unaware of what I needed in store. I came into Sally’s looking for hair dye and Rocky was helping me look and I get a second opinion but long story short he totally misguided me and introduced the wrong color for my hair so now I’ll have to find the right dye to get it back to somewhat it’s original color and not to mention he wasn’t the kindest and very dismissive so I will probably not be going back to this location anymore.

100% will be coming back, im not sure of his name but i was helped by someone with blue and brown hair, an angel by the way, he helped me with choosing a dye and when i was 70 cents short he gave me some of his own money to pay for it, i had to come back the next day because sadly the product didnt work in my hair so he let me return it and get a different brand, he deserves a raise and im so appreciative of his kindness because you dont see it often!
