Sally Beauty is a really great store to go to, and you can always get whatever you want. The shop is incredibly clean and fully packed with an amazing selection. Kim and Kyra are wonderful they truly educate you on how to use your products, what to do, and exactly what you need. They make sure you have absolutely everything before you leave.
I had been a customer with the Bowmanville location until it closed. I went to the next closest location in Oshawa (Costco Plaza). I was highly uncomfortable with the red haired Scottish speaking manager. She was very aggressive and very rude. I wondered with such bad customer service skills how she offered a managers position. I want to say this place has a repeat customer. I was in yesterday and spoke with a very lovely person by the name of Riley. I can be a bit overwhelming sometimes when I get excited and talking about something I am passionate about. They were very attentive and did the absolute best to provide and answer the questions I had. I was wanting to switch from a semi permanent to a permanent to avoid leaving my surroundings looking like i went on random tangents with purple dye. stopped in today after work and Lyss (i think?) was such great help. im pretty indecisive but she was very patient and helpful, even though it was pretty busy at the time. she recommended tons of great products that i will definitely be purchasing in the future. i really appreciate when employees are knowledgeable about product, and you can tell they love what they do. thanks for all your help :)
