stopped in today after work and Lyss (i think?) was such great help. im pretty indecisive but she was very patient and helpful, even though it was pretty busy at the time. she recommended tons of great products that i will definitely be purchasing in the future. i really appreciate when employees are knowledgeable about product, and you can tell they love what they do. thanks for all your help :)

The old lady who works at this location is really not a nice person, I already had a terrible day and this destroyed my spirits. (I will get her name and leave another review tomorrow) A friend was supposed to help me pick up the items I needed but cancelled on me last minute. I got an Uber spending almost $30 to try to meet up. I got there fews minutes to closing and the doors were already locked. I purchased two tubes of hair colour from the Sally Beauty location in Oshawa. On my way home to Whitby, I noticed one box had a stain on it. When I opened the box, I discovered the tube was punctured and leaking. Although I was already almost home, I immediately returned to the Oshawa store where I had just made the purchase so there would be no issue resolving this. I used to shop at this location for years, but never again the treatment I received off staff was rude, the last manager and staff were absolutely fantastic, the Scottish lady was exceptional as were her staff always so pleasant and friendly took phone orders for me and always let me know when promotions were happening for the product I got, I visited there the other day and I was not greeted they just stood behind the till gossiping about their district manager saying how much they despised her, they said she was mean and h... read more
