I had the worst experience today! The lady with glasses and long black hair was so rude and snippy! So impolite!
I've had a "GREAT" experience at this location. Lauren, Karin & all the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!! This is my got to place!! Thanks again for all your help over the last 2 days (as I bought the wrong colour of dye)...my mistake!!
Lauren was a great help picking out some at home colour lineup for my mom. Friendly and patient to answer any questions we had.

Using my hubby's account to review but I was just in there today and had the best customer service from a young lady with punky hair and unique glasses (forgot to get her name) but she was absolutely wonderful, gave me great hair advice very friendly and made me feel valued. I hope this reaches her Manager
