Customer service was extremely selective. Was greeted when I came in and that was it. No follow up, not asked if i needed any help and I was standing in a section for a while. It was noticeably different when a couple of ladies came in and were waited on and spoken nicely to. I used to work for Sally's so I know whats expected. Please do better
I like the products! I always find what I need and the prizes are reasonable, especially if you collect the rewards! Thank you to Laura as well, for being so kind and patient and helping me solve an issue!

Came in to get my hair dye and ended up leaving with so much knowledge and amazing tips to keep my hair healthy hydrated and vibrant from Melvin thanks so much will be back again soon! :)
I called into the store recently and spoke to Melvin. He was amazing! He answered all my questions and made a few recommendations. Melvin did not rush me off the phone and really answered all my questions. He did a fabulous job! Thanks again Melvin!
