I went to Sallys this afternoon (11.22.25.) The team of 3 girls working there were the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful and knowledgeable people I have ever encountered at a Sallys. I haven't been there in a very long time, but this one shopping experience really changed the way I think about Sallys for the better. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work ladies! And thank you for the help and great customer experience! :)

The two young women who were there at 11am 7/17/25 One was very short /snarky with me and the other completely ignored me to the point I had to move around her she would not say excuse me just stood in the middle of the way expecting me to move on her behalf . Strange people. Be advised. Products are decent though.

I repeatedly explained that I was looking for something with cool undertones to balance/tone my blonde, and even mentioned what my sister and I have used in the past. The ion permanent creme hair color 9n very light blonde is what I ended up buying instead because the employee told me I didn't need anything with ash in it even though thats exactly what I was looking for. I know I didn't lift it perfectly evenly but I was also talked out of buying bleach (which I could've used on my roots in the future regardless). Thankfully... read more
