I repeatedly explained that I was looking for something with cool undertones to balance/tone my blonde, and even mentioned what my sister and I have used in the past. The ion permanent creme hair color 9n very light blonde is what I ended up buying instead because the employee told me I didn't need anything with ash in it even though thats exactly what I was looking for.
