This is my favorite Sally store even though I have another one closer to my house. Bri has helped me multiple times and always goes above and beyond to help. I say that bec I was looking for a specific color one day and she called other stores to see if they have the color I was looking for and had it saved for me to pick up. Sara is also a sweetheart. Both are very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products
As soon as I walked into the store I wasn’t greeted but the associate followed me throughout the store as if I was going to steal something. Yet a family of a different race walks in and the associate is still following me until I asked her why is she following me and not the others in the store ?? Y’all are still racial profiling in 2024. How about the Spanish family card declined several times and I simply stated to the employee see the ya why you don’t profile and I walked out !!!!
I love this store. The girl who helped me, Bri, was extremely helpful, smart and friendly. She made me feel much less nervous about my purchases and explained all the steps I needed to take with my products in great detail. Will definitely shop here again
I took their advice and bought $50 of hair products that didn’t work. i walked in trying to buy red hair dye that had previously worked for me and ended up buying a whole bunch of extra stuff to go with it and my hair did not lift at all and came out black.
