Dirty,and extremely unprofessional!
A pink haired employee was incredibly over bearing. She followed us around and kept pushing products. She was nice but after we said we didn't need any further help she would not leave us alone to shop. It was extremely overwhelming. It made the shopping experience horrible
i went here yesterday not really knowing what to get to get arctic fox purple af out on my brown hair without stripping my natural color, i did little research online and isabelle greeted me and asked if i needed help. i told her my situation and what i was looking for, she informed me that this item would lighten my brown hair and directed me to a product that will better suit my needs. she recommended more products to help and was so nice and sweet the whole interaction. i love seeing employees like her constantly helping ... read more
The one girl at the counter straight up followed me around the store even when I told her I didn’t need help anymore kept coming over to physically hand items to me she suggested and kept telling me “oh they only cost like so and so and you like have to get it it’s so good.” And I felt pressured her following around putting them in my hands and saying how she uses them especially to put it back in that small store where she can see me and I don’t even know where she got it from AND she is the one checking me out. Pick another store!!! this Sally's is always out of essential items like the popular items that you come to the store for they don't restock them in a timely fashion like repeatedly no matter how many times you come there you can only find key items by luck. . No lashes, no beauty secrets glue the hair color i come for . I always come there for they never have it like it's a beauty supply store supply us with the things we come for.
