I had great customer service from Ixsel and Rosa. I bought myself a color remover/easer and Ixsel recommended few items. Originally I want to dye my hair pink and blue. Once I saw my hair is blonde I decide not to change it. I came back for a toner and I got blonde hair dye. Anyways I’ll be coming back again.
Love this store. I am always greeted upon entry with a cheerful smile and offer to help find something. Great customer service, managers know how to run a successful store and keep customers happy.
If i could give 0 stars i would Employee would not let me shop in peace then i heard her racial profiling me to a customer. They kept making comments about watching out for me because i might shoplift. 0/0 racist and terrible customer service
