I came in knowing nothing but what I wanted my hair to look like, and Noelle pointed me in the right direction. She took me very serious and helped me through all my stupid questions. 10/10 this IS the place to go if you need help or want to do something with your hair!
I could have done without the judgmental attitude from the employee. If I don’t ask for your opinion don’t feel inclined to give it. your only job is to direct me to a product when I ask where it is. Mind you I didn’t ask for help she inserted herself which is fine that’s their job but I could do without all the unnecessary questions and judgement on what I do with my hair thank you very much. Stop flaunting your cosmetology schooling and license when you work at Sally’s in spanaway and have hideous hair.
I love this place. Great products, great customer service. I get everything I need here.... AND IM BALD!
