Horrible customer service. I had 2 rewards and they selected the cheapest one to apply. Then gave me attitude when i questioned it. Plz dont hate customers for your measly job. We are consumers and pay money and earn these rewards.

I’ve had two terrible experiences at this Sally Beauty (16771 Valley Blvd, Fontana). First, I ordered 12 creme hair dyes online but was shipped liquid instead. When I went to the store for an exchange, staff told me I owed $15 even though the items were the same price. Only after arguing did the manager finally process an even exchange. Second, I ordered 3 dyes for pickup on 8/14/25. One bottle was broken and leaked everywhere. When I brought it back, staff again said I had to pay extra to exchange a defective item.
