I’ve had two terrible experiences at this Sally Beauty (16771 Valley Blvd, Fontana). First, I ordered 12 creme hair dyes online but was shipped liquid instead. When I went to the store for an exchange, staff told me I owed $15 even though the items were the same price. Only after arguing did the manager finally process an even exchange. Second, I ordered 3 dyes for pickup on 8/14/25. One bottle was broken and leaked everywhere. When I brought it back, staff again said I had to pay extra to exchange a defective item. On 10/14/24 at 7:04PM. The two girls working there were clearly talking behind my back when I was wanting to check out. That was unprofessional and I’m sorry that both your parents taught you wrong. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. It made the experience awkward and you both looked immature.
