First time experience with Sally beauty as I always thought it was a store for professionals. I was looking for a hard to find item called Noodle Head. I called the Clifton Park store to see if they had the item and they did. They would still be open by the time I got there too. The Young clerk Katie was very pleasant very helpful and an asset to her store. She helped me not only with the noodle head but answered several of my other questions. Thank you for a good experience at Sally beauty Katie.

I went in to the store the other night and I was completely overwhelmed and unsure of what I wanted and what to get in order to make my hair look the way I wanted, until I had this amazing worker her name was Lily so if you stop in please ask for her specifically, she helped me pick out the color I specifically wanted and helped me pick a good brand so I would not have to bleach my hair but still get the result I wanted. I have shopped at this location for years & since whenever the new “manager” which she makes herself known as everyone we are there, began…it is a terrible experience. You are not able to browse without having your neck breathed down & being treated like you are shop lifting. Last week…waited 30+ mins for her to arrive, only to hear her hollering at girls outside the door (the light are very dark on the outside of the window), she will tell me that I don’t have any credits on my account to use - but I do. If I could rate it no stars I would. Friday April 26th a little before 1230 , I showed up to Sally’s before my nose piercing appointment . There was a sign on the door that said she was at lunch from 12:45-1:15 ( odd it wasn’t even 1245 yet. I came back after my piercing at 1:20 and she was just walking up to the building. Literally the worst location. I'm assuming it's the manager, but she's the RUDEST person I've ever had to deal with. She gets mad when you don't need her help and continuously will follow you around and make comments under her breath. On top of that, the hours posted on Google apparently aren't correct because they're closed when online it says they're open.
