Do not call and ask if your order can be held because they will tell you yes anf then cancel your order anyway. Maybe associates should all be on the same page instead of telling people its ok anf them losing their order!!!
Drove 30 minutes to this location because Google said they’re closing at eight. Got here at 6:30 and found the doors locked with a clearly marked sign indicating they will be closing at 8 PM. The person inside completely ignored us wouldn’t even look over as we checked the locked door. 15 minutes later we came back just in case there was some issue and were met with the same ignorance. Employee was very helpful
First time experience with Sally beauty as I always thought it was a store for professionals. I was looking for a hard to find item called Noodle Head. I called the Clifton Park store to see if they had the item and they did. They would still be open by the time I got there too. The Young clerk Katie was very pleasant very helpful and an asset to her store. She helped me not only with the noodle head but answered several of my other questions. Thank you for a good experience at Sally beauty Katie.
