I came here about a week ago to buy Design Essentials products for my new hair care routine. The cashier has been so patient with me during my indecisiveness of which products that I wanted to buy from the collection. Overall, the store was clean & the cashier (I wish I asked her name), was friendly. I’m glad that the Design Essentials staple products that I came for were in stock. They also had a Buy Two, Get 1 Free sale too! 👌🏽
Do not call and ask if your order can be held because they will tell you yes anf then cancel your order anyway. Maybe associates should all be on the same page instead of telling people its ok anf them losing their order!!!
Drove 30 minutes to this location because Google said they’re closing at eight. Got here at 6:30 and found the doors locked with a clearly marked sign indicating they will be closing at 8 PM. The person inside completely ignored us wouldn’t even look over as we checked the locked door. 15 minutes later we came back just in case there was some issue and were met with the same ignorance.
