The assistant manager recommended a creme hair bleach , that burnt and broke over half my hair off and stoll refused to even return my money much less help me fix my hair. My hair is now 8 inches shorter.
I came in yesterday looking for hair dye and was helped by an employee Evan. He was so helpful and found me exactly what I needed!
hard no bro most employees here could use an attitude check. there’s one older lady who’s the sweetest, but I saw her a few months ago so I’m not sure if she’s still there. Definitely take the extra 10 mins to drive to the other locations.
Do not buy anything from here even though it clearly says on the receipt you can return for a full refund with receipt she won’t let you she only gives in store credit. Maybe you should change what the refund policy is on the back of your receipts! Hope you flounder!
The reviews about the rude manager are SPOT ON. The other members of the staff are amazing and I always enjoy interacting with them but that manager barks at you every time. District Manager needs to come in and review basic customer service skills to her. As a manager myself, if she is willing to be so rude in her tone as well as her demeanor to customers, what's it like with employees?
