As someone who has been a Sally’s member for many years, I will say I’m pretty familiar with their products. So if I ask for help, it’s because I truly need it and expect expert advice. Not once have I ever been given the right advice regarding products at this location. EVERY SINGLE TIME I purchase color and developer here it’s NEVER the color I expect it to be.
