I was so happy they had the product I needed but I had a poor customer service experience here. The store says closes at 9 but they lock the door and stop answering the phone well before then. First, I called three times starting at 8:40 pm because I received an email and text saying my order was ready for pick up, and they didn’t pick up instead they forwarded the call so it would hang up.
