I was so happy they had the product I needed but I had a poor customer service experience here. The store says closes at 9 but they lock the door and stop answering the phone well before then. First, I called three times starting at 8:40 pm because I received an email and text saying my order was ready for pick up, and they didn’t pick up instead they forwarded the call so it would hang up. Visited the store & was immediately helped.. my hair was copper orange & Maria was super kind & extremely helpful. I did prior research on what would be best & she recommended the ash ion hair dye! It’s beautiful! She was extremely educated & helpful! Maria was a great employee & informed me of what I could do to fix my hair!
