I bought a shampoo and conditioner and there was a discount tag under it and they didn’t honor it because it wasn’t for the product that I bought. Then why was the tag under it. That was very misleading.
The product I was looking for is out of stock everywhere nearby. The employee in the store (I didnt get her name, it wasn’t on my receipt, but she had pigtail buns?) was extremely helpful. She looked up the ingredients and compared it to other products on the shelf. We’re assuming the product was discontinued because the same brand has a different product with identical ingredients. I appreciate her help! It’s the only product I needed to keep doing my own nails!
Easy to find and very helpful staff
I always had the worst treatment in this branch until I met Maira, she is so helpfully, nice and SO VERY PROFESSIONAL I always had an orange undertone and no hair salons could hide it except when I bleach my hair ONLY Maira gave me instructions and I got the shades I wanted She is a professional, thank you Maira
