Easy to find and very helpful staff
I always had the worst treatment in this branch until I met Maira, she is so helpfully, nice and SO VERY PROFESSIONAL I always had an orange undertone and no hair salons could hide it except when I bleach my hair ONLY Maira gave me instructions and I got the shades I wanted She is a professional, thank you Maira
Terrible service. Rude cashiers that ignore you and act bothered when you need assistance. Plus this store is a dusty filthy poorly stocked dump.
worst experience possible. cashier accused me of using a counterfeit bill (a crisp $20 from an atm) and made numerous comments insinuating as such. when i told her to take a marker to check it she declined and said she would continue purchase. i chose to terminate the transaction due to the absolute rudeness of this staff work on your money identification and customer service. so disappointing and unprofessional. we we absolutely not be returning
