I went in today for nail products and I have very little knowledge. The women working there were so kind, patient, enthusiastic, and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop there and I will be back. Thanks to Rebecca and also her manager, I didn't catch her name.
I bought a shampoo and conditioner and there was a discount tag under it and they didn’t honor it because it wasn’t for the product that I bought. Then why was the tag under it. That was very misleading.
The product I was looking for is out of stock everywhere nearby. The employee in the store (I didnt get her name, it wasn’t on my receipt, but she had pigtail buns?) was extremely helpful. She looked up the ingredients and compared it to other products on the shelf. We’re assuming the product was discontinued because the same brand has a different product with identical ingredients. I appreciate her help! It’s the only product I needed to keep doing my own nails!
