Staff became passive aggressive because I didn’t need help. When I went to check out, the man was sitting ON THE COUNTER and the woman was on her phone. Both ignored me until I said “uhh” and then the man said “oh, she’ll help you” because he was busy holding the whole counter down and she got passive aggressive with him for it and then he was interjecting and doing her job for her. It was a very unenjoyable, unprofessional and uncomfortable situation to be put in.
The staff member was helpful and she was very polite.
Man I wish there was a model train here unfortunately there wasn’t one maybe next time I visit there will be one I have high hopes also the employees were very helpful
Very kind staff! Just kinda sad there was no model trains, maybe in the future?
Would have been 5 stars if there was a model train but alas there was none. Perhaps in another life there would have been the model trian of my dreams. The employee's are wonderful kind and very helpful.
