Ive always had great experiences here at this store. The cashiers are very friendly and they know what they are talking about.
During my visit at this location last week at greater Sudbury I dealt with the manager, I felt extremely uncomfortable because of the manager’s behavior. She was rude throughout the interaction and did not treat me with the level of respect I expect as a customer. What concerned me the most was that she repeatedly pressured me to leave her a Google review while I was still in the store. I had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. I had asked for a recommendation for a colour remover and had asked her if the colour remover had a specific chemical in it and if it would bleach my virgin hair, She had said no but I asked her if she could confirm it and she gave me attitude and told me it didn’t have any in it and she knew what was in it. Horrible experience the new manager is just awful and the staff is very uneducated. Only Sally’s in town and will not be returning. Rude gross behavior. What awful people representing the company.
