Horrible experience the new manager is just awful and the staff is very uneducated. Only Sally’s in town and will not be returning. Rude gross behavior. What awful people representing the company.
I went to go get dye for blonde highlights. The staff member that helped me sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. I tried the highlights later and i left it in for 45 minutes, it didn’t work at all. Waste of $40, going to shoppers tomorrow to get good staff that know what they are doing.
I bought a pair of Destine earrings. I had them for a month stone fell out went back with broken earring to get a replacement. Nope I had to buy a new pair. They indicated no replacement for any of there products from this company. Even if it was their poor workmanship. I am a regular customer very disappointed.
Love the staff at Sally’s in Sudbury always polite and makes me feel comfortable
