I feel like you shouldn’t hire people that don’t know about hair or products. Not that Jess wasn’t nice. But don’t feel like you should have to call a manager over an exchange that was approved by another manager. 🤷♀️ Feel like the store is nice, but employees need training.
I used the Sally's virtual consultant to find the products I needed and was pleased with that experience. The in store associate was very nice . ahelpful. She helped me to understand what I was using and how.
