I had probably the best experience I've ever had at a retail store here today. Mira, Carrie and Amy treated me like a childhood friend and we were chatting about unrealated things for around 15 minutes. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the current sales they have going on. I will absolutely be coming back to this Sally's beauty vs just going on Amazon in the future!

The store is 50/50 when I come here. I was asking the lady at the front counter a question, she wasn’t too sure so she asked her coworker, which I totally understand, but her Coworker is on her phone and being quite rude during the interaction. She gave attitude and wouldn’t even look at me. If you can shop online, I would or head to the other stores if possible.

I feel like you shouldn’t hire people that don’t know about hair or products. Not that Jess wasn’t nice. But don’t feel like you should have to call a manager over an exchange that was approved by another manager. 🤷‍♀️ Feel like the store is nice, but employees need training.

I used the Sally's virtual consultant to find the products I needed and was pleased with that experience. The in store associate was very nice . ahelpful. She helped me to understand what I was using and how.
