Of all the people I have had to help me at Sally’s, Katherine in Decatur Texas was absolutely the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person I have ever had at Sally’s! She not only encouraged me to buy more product. She also encouraged me to apply to work there! What a sweet, sweet soul! It’s a shame you can’t duplicate her and put her in every Sally‘s in Texas! Love her! TRULY ONE OF A KIND! Treat her well or someone’s going to steal her away!

Myself and my wife visited this location. I assumed that the lady at the counter was working alone. My wife needed assistance choosing hair color. Once we reached the counter to purchase the color ,that took us over 15 min to pic, Not knowing the layout of the store. I asked the lady at the counter if she was working alone in the store. She stated that there was two other people working today. Noone asked if we needed help. A lady worked in behind us and she was greeted as was asked if she needed help. employee currently working thursday 1:35pm december 12 2024 racially profiled a group of contractors (black men) for nothing because they were in the area and shopping. one male specifcally my fiance came in to ask for rubber bands which they didnt have the ones he wanted so he left and never touched anything.. she called the police causing them to pull over a company vehicle etc..
