The trimmer I bought had hair on it, I had to return it, it was already opened. It must have been someone's return. But they never bothered to clean it before. They resold it to me.

knew nothing about hair dye a couple weeks ago, lindy i believe her name was, was super helpful and it turned out salon quality. will be back if i dye my hair again in the future

I frequent this store on a regular basis, and normally don’t have any issues. However, this time I arrived to the store at 9:01am (Thursday), and the door was locked. I could see an employee behind the glass and she looked up at me, then continued whatever she was doing. I stood outside for 5 minutes until she let me in, at which point she did not acknowledge the fact that I was standing outside waiting, nor did she bother to say even a simple “Hello”. Very unimpressed.
