The manager Kelly in Gonzales store refused to exchange clippers that were bought 22 days agoThey didn’t work.Paid 150.00 plus my discount fee for being a hairstylist.The cord worked but clippers didn’t. The guards weren’t open . They said they don’t stand behind their products! no exchanges, refunds or credit. As a manager she was very unprofessional. Rude.
They don't even answer the phone. If you call it says everyone is busy to press three. If you would like to try again and then the call drops. The advertise a 2-hour delivery service but whoever the delivery drivers are only steal your product and lie into the system saying they delivered it.
