I walked into Sally's today. Devastated. Luckily I was greeted by the team, one wonderful staff member answered some of my questions and it eventually had been a question another team member had to answer. The lady helping me was lovely. My daughter had died her hair blue and she was a blonde. I was worried as I tried to get it out numerous times and it wasn't budging with shoppers products. Was in today getting hair dye, staff was very knowledgable in assisting me! Perfect colour!! Amazing job!!
I had a wonderful experience yesterday when inquiring about some products. Although they didn’t initially have what I was looking for, the staff suggested a few other local places that may. I also needed help in finding a colour product and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind (I wish I had took note of her name). I ended up purchasing the most beautiful Wella colour product which I’ll now be using all the time. Thanks for your help :)
