Went in with a goal and absolutely no idea how to achieve it. Vee was extremely friendly and phenomenally helpful! She helped me and my sister figure out what we needed for product and process. She even wrote down instructions for us to follow. Would definitely recommend Sally's.

Came in on a Sunday around 6:10, which was after they closed which I wasn’t aware of as I completely forgot to check online. Although when I walked in the ladies were happy to help me find what I needed and even let me look around for a minute! Of course I tried to be as fast as I could so that I didn’t hold them back from getting out of there but they were not trying to push me out at all and I could tell they weren’t bothered by it. I just love this place. The ladies r ALWAYS super helpful. And they know the product they r selling which is key. They have everything u could need for ur hair.
The girls here are always extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful :)) I didn’t get the name of the girl who helped me today but she has brown hair with pink streaks on the side. She was such a sweetheart, very friendly and easy to talk to!! Love this store 🫶🏻🫶🏻
