Rosemary was an absolute gem in helping me out today. I was looking for a very specific colour and brand of nail polish and though the store was out of stock, she was able to select an almost exact match from another brand! Thanks so much for making my visit a breeze, keep up the good work!
My experience was amazing, I had a lot of questions about changing my hair color. And thank god for this lady named Kim because I would have completely destroyed my hair. She was so knowledgeable, smart and professional. She explained everything, how to do it and which products to use. I was ready to purchase the wrong product until she advised me of which ones to use. Where was she this whole time?

The prices here are fair, and I found a great deal on hair extensions. The staff was very friendly and had good knowledge about the products I needed, especially when I asked about hair color options. However, I forgot to get the name of the sales associate who helped me. She was so helpful but I was dissapointed that I couldn’t properly thank her by name later on. Never open. Open hours posted on the door and online are false. Have tried going in on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:30-10am and the doors were locked with no signs stating they would be closed during their supposed open hours and/or when they would reopen.
