I was in the area tonight visiting a good friend since I live pretty far away now. What a wonderful surprise The store manager DEE,, Was still with Sally Beauty supply in Lebanon pa! What a wonderful blessing dee is she has never let me down in ALL MY HAIR Disasters and tonight was no different!!! She is my hair rescue lady! I will drive my 2 hours to be in be in her hair care!!! THANK YOU DEE!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗

Kayla at this Lebanon Sally’s genuinely cares about helping her customers! After visiting a few of the other locations in search for this specific comb (a true favorite), she was the first employee to offer finding it online or in other stores since they were out of stock. Considering it is a lower ticket item, the other Sally reps didn’t want the bother. It was a breath of fresh air when Kayla happily offered to search. To note, they did have all the other things I wanted and picked those up today. Thank you!

Deanene was a tremendous help to me in finding the proper color and developer for a color correction. It was really nice to be able to talk to someone with the knowledge to troubleshoot the correction I needed to make on my daughter’s hair. This saved me making another trip. She recommended a sealant shampoo and conditioner too. The store was organized and the shelves were stocked.
