The lady working there with split blue hair was really rude to me and had a condescending tone and attitude when I asked her for help. Left and went over to ulta because I felt uncomfortable.

I want to thank Sally beauty staff . The store was slightly empty and I had to Door dash for items . I asked for help and the lady who helped me was cool and helpful today. Today on 09/20/25, my experience was great . I know nothing about the store, but she was wonderful to help me if she was not there I would of been lost and confused. Thank you ladies. Keep up the good work. I was very impressed with your help.
I was in the area tonight visiting a good friend since I live pretty far away now. What a wonderful surprise The store manager DEE,, Was still with Sally Beauty supply in Lebanon pa! What a wonderful blessing dee is she has never let me down in ALL MY HAIR Disasters and tonight was no different!!! She is my hair rescue lady! I will drive my 2 hours to be in be in her hair care!!! THANK YOU DEE!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗
